All sales of 2-1-1 products are final. However, 2-1-1 will promptly replace any product that is damaged or defective when reported within 10 days of receipt.  Please call 903-581-6376 ext. 212 to report damaged or defective merchandise.

Non-Profit Development Center:

We require 48-hour notice of cancellation to receive a refund. Please inform us of your cancellation via fax 903-534-5964 or email us via our contact form.
