Individual Giving Manager: Reporting to the development director, the individual giving manager assists with individual giving, including coordinating the annual giving program (direct mail), relationships and solicitations of under $10,000, planning and implementation of cultivation events, development of solicitation materials, including gift request letters, proposals and appreciation reports and coordinate online giving program.

Data Entry Associate: Responsible for processing gifts, directly supervised by the Donor Services and Database Manager, and managed by the Development Director. Complete daily data entry, prepare and balance batches, follow established protocols for handling of donations and acknowledgments, Assist with food and fund drives, matching gift processing, administrative duties, and special events as needed

High school diploma and some college. Proficient in Microsoft Office products.  Team player.  Detail oriented.  Willingness to learn. 36.5 hours weekly.
